Welcome to Quantum IAS. By accessing or using our website, courses, and educational services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Our courses, including the Foundation Batch and Advance Batch, are designed strictly for UPSC Civil Services Examination preparation. Course access is personal, non-transferable, and valid for the specified duration until the Mains examination of the target year.
3. Intellectual Property
All study material, lecture notes, video recordings, mock tests, and model answers provided by Quantum IAS are the intellectual property of Quantum IAS and Shivam Sir. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, reproduction, or commercial resale of these resources is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action and termination of access.
4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional decorum during live classes, mentorship calls, and discussion forums. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or sharing of unrelated/harmful content will result in immediate suspension without refund.
5. Changes to Terms
Quantum IAS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and will become effective immediately upon publication.
